TSB question
I ran across a TSB that says the transfer case at the drain plug location may have a crack or cracks. Of course, I looked at mine and it does. My 03 expy is no longer under warranty. I assume Ford won't cover it. Does anybody know what the fix is for this? The TSB (18439) I looked at was just a brief description, not the entire thing. It's not leaking from there, should I be worried? Thanks

For $9.99 you can print out all full TSB's for your specific vehicle for up to 3 days.

Its a little confusing they way they set up this site, but work through it and you'll be able to see exactly what the dealer/mechanics see on the TSB's.
