ford part number/script rad hoses and heater hoses

I am gettign ready to put a new water pump on my 54 with a 292. It was a factory v8 truck. It has flex hoses and napa heating hoses. they all work fine but i want to go back to factory or as close as possible. does anyone know where or what the factory stuff looks like? i think the rad hoses were ford script maybe with part numbers on the top and possibly bottom. also anyone know abuot the heater hoses? I would like to order the stuff this week so i can drive my truck. thanks

I doubt you'll find genuine Ford parts, they stopped making them 40 years or so ago, and NOS ones wouldn't be any good except for display. You could always put your own markings on plain ones tho.

Check some of the catalogs; Mac's, etc. I've seen script stuff for other models, not sure about 1954.

Concours Parts sells radiator hoses for the 272 and 292 V8 from '56 to '60. They may work for your truck depending on the radiator you have and where the upper and lower connections are located. If you have a stock type radiator, that will fit these hoses. The catalog does not say if they are marked like Ford originals.
