2000 Exp Quick Question

Hi I have 2000 Expedition AWD 4x4. I live in Illinois. I went to Colorado for a Trip. Three weeks before my Trip I Rotated my tires since they were due for that (I do it every 5000 Miles). One week before my Trip I went to Dealership for 60K Service. During my service I totally forgot to tell them NOT to ROTATE my Tires since I've done that week before. Little I knew they did that, so prettt much they put worn out ones in same spot they were two weeks ago. During my Trip I did 4000 Miles + later on when I came back I did another 1500 Miles. Then I relized what happend and I ROTATED my Tires as quick as I could. Now when I drive I noticed NOCKING sound coming from Front End (wheels-tires). My question is ... is it TIRES or it might be someting with SUSPENSINON. Also if its TIRES will they EVEN OUT after while or am I stuck with that NOCKING.

The tires could be cupped. However, if the tires were rotated twice, I don't think they are back to where they were.

As far as I recall a rotation involves RF to LR LF to RR and abcks to front. Do this again and what you have is the left and right sides swapped.
