Well team it is my turn, My wife’s father has been battling his second round of lung cancer for about 2 years. After talking with the nurse today she said it looks like at the most there is only a week left and he has quit taking his medication. So if I could rally all of you to say a short prayer for my wife and the family I would greatly appreciate it.

Ask him what he wants the most, and give it to him, obviously. Probably the best thing is to just be with him.
Our thoughts are with you, and especially your wife. Don't know if you've been through it yourself but losing a parent at any age is a buster for many. Most marriages get really rough after one spouse has lost a parent...you just gotta wait it out, with lots of love, knowing she'll come out of it, if it happens.
If it gets rough, PM me or just come back to the FTE group. We're here for you.
