There is no such thing as a code for "insuffient flow at the cat."
Either you have a P0401 - Insuffient EGR flow or a P0420/P0430 catalyst below efficiency.
Whichver it is, click on SEARCH, enter the correct code you're getting as your SEARCH keyword.
Both have been well covered in the past. A little digging will show what's going on and how to fix it.
FWIW, EGR valves seldom go bad. Most that are replaced don't fix the problem they were intended to address.

sorry, the code is a Po430. When I started the threaded I couldn't remember the code number.
EGR was replaced a month ago, along with the tube that goes down to the manifold. Vacuum hoses have been checked for leaks, and the holes that go from the TB to EGR were cleaned 3 weeks ago. The truck has 218000 miles on it. It is also referring to bank two, so I am assuming that would be the passengers side
