Error Code 67???

Error Code 67???
My buddy just picked up a 1990 F150 4x4, 4.9L I6, 5 speed for cheap. It's spitting out 2 codes: 31 & 67.
I've figured out that 31 has to do with the EVP/EGR circuit but I am unable to figure out what 67 is. I've searched the site and all I can find is that it has something to do with the neutral safety switch for an automatic. Problem is the truck is a manual.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I'd love to fix this cause my buddy said he'd never own a ford truck and now I've got him reconsidering that. If I get it running right, it'll be that much harder for him to get rid of because he got it so cheap and I can rib him about it the rest of his life.
