I decided to weld the frame myself. It took several hours and I have one side of body mounts on the frame. I'm working on some custom front cab mounts at the moment.
Next update a 6:00pm.

These are the custom front cab mounts. They aren't the most beautiful thing in the world but they are solid.
I now have the stock pedals mounted. My master cylinder and booster are on their way from B.C which will be mounted behind the tranny crossmember.
Well My Dad said the custom mounts weren't good enough so they have to be redone. I'm going to cut them out and make new pieces, then he can weld them in. He also wants to touch up a few welds where I joined the frame. Today I'm going to take the front suspension apart if it ever warms up! Dang snow.
I did turn it around to put the front end in the garage. I got the front suspension disassembled. Phoned Partsource and they couldn't get any bushings for the HD f-250 so I phoned the local Napa and they can get them all. I did slap some paint on the suspension crossmember.
