IF you think someone would make a good CL, or if you are interested in the position, please speak up. We will have this here for a little while and then we will have a vote. How long is a little while? As long as it needs to be to get things taken care of. I don't want to rush things or make someone feel as thought they are pushed into this, but at the same time, I don't think that this process should take forever, so let's hear it Kansas, who do you think would make a good CL?
I'd make suggestions but since I haven't met most of you guys I really don't feel I'm qualified to make nominations or vote. I hope you stay active in the chapter though Tony because I will still need you help installing my stereo equipment in the Pintero someday.
Okay guys, I fel that I need to set some parameters on this. I will keep the nominations thread open until May 19th, that gives everyone 2 1/2 weeks to suggest anyone for the position or to say that they are interested. On the 20th I will start a thread with any names that have been submitted and the voting will be done by PM, just like last time. The voting will be open for 3 days. On the 23rd, I will announce the new CL. If there are no nominations, then this chapter will be left without a Chapter Leader, then it will be closed. Below is a quote from Ken Payne that I took from another thread:

I don't want to see that happen here so I really hope that we get some nominations soon.
On Edit: I was informed through a PM that Thomas was referring to FTEWidow. She is not a registered member of the Kansas chapter, and her last post was over three and a half months ago. On the other hand, the username shows logged in yesterday morning at 12:15 am, so she still checks in.
I would like to nominate Happyjack for the post. He has a wealth of knowledge and is an all around great guy. The only question is whether or not he will accept the nomination.
I would like to nominate the other Tony in the white truck heheheheh,97Centurian. He is a great guy and show up for most if not all the GTG's.
A real people person, and a great friend....
