Right hand drive

So the other day I am walking through this parts yard and come across this stripped down looks to be 76 f 150 4x4. missing doors bed hood and grill. Odd this is it's right had drive. dash steering colum and all still there. From looking at what is left of the floor of the cab it doesnt have the hole for the colum or break booster on the left hand side. All of it is on the right hand side. So my question. Is this some kind of mail truck or what. Is the rest of it worth 350$? I am going to get some picks this weekend. I hought it might be home made but the dash is toooo good looking to be home made. is this rare or what?

You might want to get the VIN on that truck. RHD is rare - it may have been an Aussie special. Your guess is as good as mine.

I've hardly seen any F150s down here in Australia; we mainly had the F100s up until the mid '80s but I don't think we had the F150s?? Maybe it was destined for South Africa, I'm not sure what models they imported but they are right hand drive aswell.
