Intermittent 'red' brake light problem
I have looked for 100 pages back but I could not find this problem addressed.
I have an '88 F150 and I have noticed in the past week or so that the red brake light on the dash will come on for varying amounts of time. This can happen during start up or while driving.
I had my brakes checked a few months ago. I still have 100% on front and 80% on rear. Master cylinder level appears to be up to the line.So I do not think a leak is occuring.
So my question is..is this idiot light just being that?
My ABS is steadily on..but I do not have the time to track that problem down, but I feel that this one should be addressed!
