Bobby,
wasn't criticizing your find at all just wanted to save John from dragging home a box of import hoses that wouldn't fit.

I guess my answer did sound a bit pissy...oops. I didn't take offense, heck, I have thicker skin than that.

I need to take better notes as to what I took parts off of. I always think that I will remember, but then......

I'm pretty sure the hose with the male on one side and female on the other came off of a little toyota.

Hows life in the new space??? are you all moved in?

Bobby

Not all in yet, but working on it. Just got the power turned on last week. Put in 30 outlets downstairs, painted the ceiling white (15 gal of paint!), have 6 8' double tube flourescent fixtures to hang and wire. Epoxy painted the block foundation (4' high) inside and out. still need to insulate the walls and cover with OSB then epoxy coat the floor and I'll be ready to move Gracie in. Found a 6' long 30" deep SS lab bench top with recessed center and small oval sink built in at the scrap yard for 62.00 that will become my parts cleaning bench!

Holy Cow!! When you do something you do it all out!

My hats off to you (and I have a serious case of garage envy)

Well you could find someone with a lathe to make one for you.

That's was going to be my solution until I found the Gotta Show hose kit. I'm using all SS braid hoses in the engine compartment anyhow so it worked out good for me. I'm willing to part with my modified Toyota one if you get desperate/frustrated. It's useable as is or could be returned to stock with a little work.
