rear leaf spring bracket rivets

I have a 1994 f150 reg. cab 4X2. Yesterday i replaced the drivers side rear shackle and bracket. It took about 6 hours, mostly because i had to drill, chisle, and hammer out the rear shackle rivits. does anyone know of an eaiser way(other than an acyltlyne torch) to get these rivits out for when i do the other side?

I only know of one way an that's with a grinder and an air chizel. I stay away from the frame with the Red Wrench as you can mess up the temper of the steel.
