[updated:LAST EDITED ON 03-Jul-02 AT 01:49 AM (EST)]Hello from Germany !!!
I am looking for 5 x 15" or 5 1/2 x 15" original style wheels with the 5 lug on 5 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Did any F100s in 67 to 72 come with this sizes or was the smallest size the 6 x 15" ???
I know that these vintage wheel places sell 5 x 15, but not in that 60s / 70s stock style as far as I know.
Where could I buy a 60s / 70s stock style 5 x 15" ???
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 03-Jul-02 AT 07:12 AM (EST)][link:www.coker.com|http://www.coker.com/] Theses guys have 15X5 wheels. Don't know about overseas shipping for them though.

... thanx for the info. I had checked Coker before but they just offer the vintage style (40s/50s look) and not the later 'plain jane' wheels I prefer. That's why I try to find out which later model F100s (i.e. 60s / 70s) had 5x15s or 5.5x15s and therefore possibly are still available at just another tire dealer. If I was on your side of the big lake I would just go to my local dealer and would bother him searching his catalogs until he finds what I want, but can't do that from Germany without staying on the line for an hour or two. As soon as I know which later (60s/70s) truck had such wheels I can possibly get a good answer from a sales person in a minute or so.

I want 5 or 5.5" wide wheels. Wonder if the owner manuals show that info. I don't have one from a 60s or 70s F100, just have the 54/55 book. Could anyone take a look at his book for me ?
... junk yards in Germany are full of Opels, VWs, Mercedes and BMWs, but you won't find a single Ford Truck. Isn't it that the grass is always greener on the other side ?
Guess there's thousands over there on your side who would lick their lips for German car parts. But not me. Thanx for your toughts anyway.
I have seen those type of stock wheels on F-150 series trucks, about 1987, in 6.0x15 size. Though most of the 5.5 width wheels were spare tires, mounted under the bed, as far as I know.
Thanx for all the responses. In the mean time I kicked the tires off some wheels from a 75 F100 and found out that they are 5.5x15"s. They are now on their way to be sandblasted and powder coated (for approx $30 a piece). I'll use these now and forget about the 5x15"s.
