I was wondering what would fit in front of my C-6 that currently backs a 360. I'd rebuilt the motor but dont have the money, but If I can find a low miles engine that would bolt up I'd rather do that.

engine swapping?
Any FE should do, i.e. 352, 360, 390, 406, 410, 428 or 427 (although if you don't have the $$$ for a rebuild, then you probably don't have the dough for a 427). The 360 is, by far, the most common in '68-'76 model Ford trucks.
