Blowing fuses, Suggestions needed

I've got a 97 F150 with 100000 miles on it. Started it up the other day and after a couple minutes it died and will not start again. There is a fuse that keeps blowing every time I put one in. It is in fuse slot 30 which controls radio noise capacitor, ignition coil, and PCM power diode. I've disconnected both ignition coils and it still blows and also disconnected the PCM power relay fuse module (slot 24,fuses under hood) and still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions???

All I have is a 99 diagram. It shows the same #30 fuse feeding the same things you mentioned, and it also shows it feeding a "passive anti-theft system" and the instrument cluster.
