pilot bushing 78 460
I have got almost all the parts for my auto to manual swap im going fron 460 c6 to np435 from a 351m and i have a 460 engine from a 78 (i think) lincon and im mocking up everything on this so it will be an esay bolt in. Im just wondering what to do about the pilot bushing. the engine i have looks like theres a spot in the back of the crank but im unsure( the hole is quite a bit bigger then the input shaft or does the bushing take up alot of that space). do all crankshafts auto or manual come with the hole for the bushing or what. im a little confused first swap for me and i want to get every thing perfect before i tear my truck apart. the other thing is im getting a flywheel off an ebay store that fits an 11" clutch are all the pressure plate bolt patterns the same is my pressure plate going to bolt up to this flywheel. its for a 460 a fit an 11" clutch and is 184 tooth count same as the flywheel from the 351m the the pressure plate fits.
