460, Front Springs
Ok here is the situation im putting a 460 in a 70 F-100 and i need to know what knd of front springs to use. Will 76 3/4 ton springs work? Soeone said they would. Does someone make springs for that conversion? Any info would help.

I just replaced the front springs in my truck. The 390 springs are the same for f100 to f 250's. You should not have a problem using 390 springs. I think a factory equiped 390 may be heavier than a 460. I'm not sure though.
