D60 limited slip?

D60 limited slip?
I am in the process of changing the gear oil in my D60 it does have a l/s according to the tag and both wheels spin the same direction when turned. But when i removed the cover there is no clutch packs? all i see is a carrier with a large cutout on both sides 2 spider gears and 2 side gears. what kind of l/s is this? Did ford offer a l/s that used no clutchs?
