Moonroof access?

Moonroof access?
I have a 99 EB Expedition with a moonroof. There is a panel just behind the moonroof, which I believe is the access to the moonroof motor. Can someone tell me if this is true?

Yes that is it. For some reason the screws on the motor were loose and I had to tighten them not too long ago.
