Yes you can. The cable is the same standard type as your Ford on the mechanical gauge.
For the electronic gauge you can by using a sending unit that screws into the transfer case or tranny where your speedo cable is. Autometer sells the sending units or you can go cheap like I did and grab one out of a junkyard early 90's crown vic. It fits the transmission and works with the Autometer gauge.
