big mistake or not?
I bought an 03 250 psd crew srw shortbed with 39k on it. Traded my 01 150 5.4 triton sc. H ad very few probs with the 150 but bought a new toybox trailer weighs 8000 loaded and the 150 struggled under the weight. Now my new truck is in the shop for exhaust fumes coming into the cab. The dealership of couse is already saying 99% of the time its "nothing". Now driving a rental car.

Thanks for the reply guys. I did call Ford and yes it was a fractured Y pipe. I'm glad they did find it. I was getting the "you aren't used to diesels, they do have that smell you know". b.s. from the service mgr. Thanks for the great input.

You did not mention: What '03 PSD do you own? The 7.3L or 6.0L...as they were both available in '03.
