69 bed and tailgate guards
Lmc has them now for short beds. I've been looking a while myself but I have a longbed.
I don't know if MotorHaven will stock these or not, I e-mailed them to ask but have'nt recieved a reply.

Looking for some for my '68 too. I posted this question on here before and was told to have them customfabricated. I guess some others on here are not so tight with the money!

i work to hard for my money, not to mention i have an ex-wife who gets a large part of my pay every week. it seems that a large portion of us here are just doing our best to keep our trucks running on a small buget. greatful to everyone who gives advise that saves us a buck or two on repairs.

don't know if this will help anyone, but i have a 69 f-250 4x4 and i ordered a set of bed rail caps that fit the 73 to 79 trucks. when i got them, i noticed that the radius on the outer edge was too sharp, so i layed the cap on the concrete floor and took a dead-blow hammer and flatened in out. it worked out great. i also ordered a front cap and a tailgate cap. the front cap fit with only minor trimming on the ends and the tailgate cap fit without any modifications
