I think you're gettin gouged on shipping... 40 bucks is a bit steep IMO. I think I paid 25 to ship when I bought a set for mine. Personally, I don't experience with the non-OEM, but have heard mixed reviews. Some say they're fine, others say they fog or leak -- If you are patient and look hard enough you can find OEM ones for a fair price.

The headlight capsules are cheapo taiwan copys. If you look at several posts on this site, you will find out quality is poor and alot of them leak water and dirt inside. Spend the extra bucks and get real OEM ford products, atleast on the headlights. Why dont you go to the http://www.karkraft.com/f-series.htm site and get the oem ones. The thrill of the cheap price goes away fast when the product is severely inferior. Bill

If you have the only 99-02 style "clouded" style headlights, the swap is a breeze--Just need a few hand tools (screwdriver and T-15 torx I beleive) I think swapping from the sealed beam to the jeweled is a bit more involved.
Spend the money and get something that will last -- You'll thank yourself after the first rain storm.
