I have a '92 bronco. So far everything is stock except the radio brakes and tires. My exhaust is...um half way stock...me and my buddies were gunna put on a cherry bomb glasspack... instead we tied my tailpipe to my friends bumber...reliseing this was a bad idea after pulling his bumber out about an inch...we hooked it up to his frame...(yea we're thick headed) he gunned it a lil and took out the tail pipe easily. But it looks like half the inside of the muffler came with it. after about 5 minutes of laughing ourselves a good cry we turned it over and were surprised by the steady rumble. SOUNDED GOOD! then when i reved it I pissed off every elderly in the neighborhood....should i put the glass pack on? or do you think i should leave it...um...ghetto rigged?
At this point I think you should sit down and figure out what your looking to spend, how you want it to sound, and where you will get it all welded up.
If you use the search you will find many many threads about exhaust systems.......that is what your first step should be. Read everything you can find about exhaust systems on Broncos of your vintage and engine size....then go from there!
