There should be many options out there. I think mid 70's ford trucks are almost a direct bolt in. Check out these links, they have pretty good searchable catalogs that give you all the dimensions of the radiators, mounting brackets, inlets, outlets, etc

Once you find the application that will work with your truck, contact a local parts store and ask for a radiator for the vehicle.
