Operating Temperature for Turbo

Operating Temperature for Turbo
I have a 2002 F350 with the 7.3l turbo diesel. I also have it "chipped" and have a B&D gauge package with it. Does anyone know what the maximum operating temperature should be for the turbo? If I have a good load on and am going up hill, I can frequently get the temperature up to 700 degrees farenheit.
