You changing out the whole pod, or just the glass? If you have electric and you're sticking with electric, it's easy.
Pop off the panel with the window switches and remove the connectors. I think there's two screws at the bottom of the door panel and one where the switches were. Panel lifts up and off. There's only three nuts holding the mirror on. Roll your window down so you can catch the mirror when the last nut comes off. Otherwise you'll drop it or bang it against the door. The wire for the power mirror goes all the way to above the window switches. Connector up there.
tsc, you can remove the panel by removing door handle cover-it pops out. Then there's a screw there and then ontop of panel there is plastic cover on top left side of door that is pretty long, pops out too and there is another screw ontop of panel, then last just slide up panel by holding arm rest and your good to go...just unscrew the mirror and boom.
