Hi I am in Australia, just purchased/rescued a 1978 F100 Custom that is an ex ambulance,the old girl has heaps of rust in the doors drivers gaurd and floor pans, but good news it has a fibroglass body. A Clevland 302 and C4 box.
I am having trouble finding power steer box over here, but hopefully she will be back on the road in the next couple of weeks.

That sounds like a cool project. It would be neat to see a couple of pictures. As far as the steering gear box goes, maybe you could find a rebuild kit and have a local shop rebuild it. Good luck with it and keep us updated.

Topic: I don't know of a source for Down-under parts.

Hi Guys I tracked down a guy in Melbourne and he has kits, so I all have to get extra is a pump, ullies for the pump and hoses, his kits are $1200 so I am rapt, and also the kits are reconditioned.
