Mazda 5 Speed Interchange Question

Hi!I have a 1995 F-150 4x4 with the 4.9 six cylinder. My trans went and I was able to find a nice condition trans from a 1989 (Mazda 5 Speed). I heard that externally the 89 and 95 trans are the same. They appear to be the same. I looked online and there appears to be two listings for the slave cylinders. The 89 and 95 list different slave cylinders. I have a brand new one for a 95 trans. Do you know if i can retrofit it so i dont have to buy another one.

ALso, I have a set of brand new shift seal plugs that are still in the Ford packaging. Does anyone want to buy them. I dont need them anymore.

I'm going to go ahead and say that the slave is going to be the same - as there is only 1 mazda 5 spd and it should be the same....but what I would do is make sure the clutch assembly AND the slave are both from 95. That would insure no mixmatch problems.
