I'm sure you've done the basics but this is what Mitchell On Demand states as some possible causes of the P1211 code:

Low Reservior Oil Level
Poor Oil Quality
Injector "O" Ring leak
Faulty IPR valve (Looks like you've already replaced that)
Faulty Oil Pressure Pump
Faulty PCM

Sorry couldn't help you out more.

Why did you replace all of the other items? Were you having problems/codes before?

P1211 = ICP pressure above/below desired : IPR valve failed, stuck, or shorted to ground

But... you said you already replaced the IPR valve.

What level is your oil at in your crank case? Give the dipstick a check.

Yeah, and change the oil if you haven't done so recently. There has been documented cases here on FTE where an oil change cured the problem.
If that doesn't do the trick, given what you've replaced already, I would be thinking worn out HPOP.

Glad you found your problem and letting us know. Might save others some expensive trial and error repairs when a loose nut is all it is.
Welcome to FTE...

Guess I should have ask that to. I thought it was the ICP sensor, but looking back I'm not sure about being mounted on the "shaft".
Maybe psdiesels rule will jump in and help us.

The ipr is on the back side of your hpop. If you look down the back it is to the drivers side of the truck. It has an elctro magnet (i think) mounted over a shaft which houses the gut of the ipr. It is held on with a tin nut. I have changed mine to so tahts how i know this. Hope this helps

I've looked down there before on my '99 for the tin nut and saw a plug instead. I'll have to look again today. It's on the end of the IPR?
