Recomended torque converters
All right, I have a 90 351w with E4OD. I talked to a mechanic(My dads cousin), and he guessed right off the bat what tranny I had. So the E4OD seems pretty notorious. Anyways I described my problem and he confirmed my suspicions, my toque converter is gone. It also seems the torque converters on these trucks are iffy. I would like to replace it with a better converter. I was looking at one from Midwest converters(www.racingconverters.com), but am not sure if it is the best deal out there. $500 is a little pricey for me. So I was wondering if you guys had any reccomendations for a new torque converter?
