Headers on my 240
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 01-Sep-02 AT 08:41 PM (EST)]I bought a set of headers for my rebuilt 240. They are DynoMax from Jeg's. Anyways, I test fit them tonight and noticed that the half that goes to the front of the block empties VERY close to the crossmember under the tranny.
I was wondering if anyone has installed them on their 6 cylinder and did the muffler shop have a real hard time getting the pipes to fit.
Other than that question...I replaced my harmonic balance wheel this morning and it seemed to cure my vibration that I was having. The other part of the vibration was from the 4" CRACK in my exhaust manifold!!!

PS--If anyone needs a harmonic balancer...call Damper Doctor in Redding, CA. The guy invented a machine to rebuild them. I got mine for $49.95 + $20.00 core. They shipped mine over night. They are a wonderful company!!!
