I have a 1970 truck with the original drum brakes(everything is new) and sometimes my brake pedal sticks and i have to pull it up with my foot to get my brake lights to go off. It dont do it much when the truck is moving, i gues the vibration, but when i stop and park its anoying to get out and see my brake lights on and have to go back and pull the pedal out. Ive done tried oiling it. any other ideas?
Have you tried to re-adjust your brake light switch on your pedal assembly? I had to do it on mine when I first got my truck and haven't had that problem since.
