Sorry for piggy backing on your thread, but It is the only way I can post a message.
I am having trouble with Replying to posts or creating new ones. When I go to try and reply the field is blue and I can't enter anything. I can't put the cursor in the area to type.
The only way I can post is via the quick reply area.
I am also getting the page loaded with errors if that helps....
I started a support ticket last night about a few issues, not able to use the toolbars in the text boxes, unable to edit a post, etc., and got word back from Tim that they are having some technical difficulties. Knowing Ken, he's probably pulling his hair out right now trying to fix them.
If anything, I think it's made me more appreciative of how easy things are made for us. It's a lot harder to really add flair and get your point across when you have to keep switching back and forth between the window that shows the codes for everything from smiley faces to making a word bold. It's also forced me to pay better attention to my grammar, since there's no going back and editing once I hit the post button. I never realized just how many times I leave definitive articles like "the" and prepositions like "to" out and have to go back and edit.
At the bottom of the page is a little box that says "Posting Rules". Inside that box at the bottom is vB code, Smilies, and [img]. Click on those and it opens a new window that shows you the code and luckily also has a few examples (for us code illiterate folks).
