95 Explorer wont start

First you need to determine if the problem is air, fuel, or spark. If you hold the gas pedal down just a little, will it start? If so, it's probably air restriction due to an IAC problem. When you turn the key on, do you hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds? If not, then it's not getting fuel (although you can hear it and it still not get fuel). If you pull a plug wire from a plug and put it on a spare plug that has it's base grounded, do you see a spark in the gap when someone turns the engine over? If not, then there is no spark. Results of these initial tests can help narrow down the possibilties. Of course, there's also the possibility of timing or compression problems, but these are far less probable than the other 3 given your description.

Timing Belt Broke???? This is my initial guess but do as suggested to verify that you are getting fuel and ignition fire. could be your fuel pump died or you blew the relay for it. Could also be that you threw the little fule cut-off swith behind the passenger side kick panel.
