The main things you will need are some plier's, a vice and some sockets around the same size as your u-joint, polace a bigger socket on one end the smaller socket on the other, and press them out with the vice, and don;t forget to take out the ret rings first. The assembly is the reverse. by careful when putting in the new joint, make sure none of the needle bearings fall, this cause the cap to not seat right.
