Headlights Flickering
My headlights flicker after running it for a while. usually when on high. Could it be my floor switch? i had a bad voltage regulator but its new now.

Ford headlight systems circuitry suck big time.
They involve a circuit breaker in the switch because full power runs through it.
I suggest to do the relay upgrade to solve this problem forever.

Yes, Grounding of electrical components is most important.
Good idea to coat the contact with d-electric grease as well.
The Headlight flicker in Fords is a well known problem though.... because of the amount of current going through the switch.
GM's don't have this problem because they use the relay system.
But then again, Gm's also have major Grounding problems on their trucks.

what is the name of the switch, when ordering at the parts store. or do i just by passs it. i have not had time to read the links there yet . i will tonight. i want to put in silver stars also.
