Lariat Leather Seats
Has anyone had to reskin their seats? How much did it cost? I have a nice 4" by 1" hole in miy drivers seat that started as a crack then tore open. A local auto upolstry shop that does good work quoted me $300 to replace the front top section only. Does that sound like a ballpark figure? The sides seem to be dry and ready to crack also. I've used Lexol on them, I guess not frequently enough. I just dont want to spend money on one section only to have the same thing happen to the sides in a year or so. Anyone know how much a new power seat would run? Thanks.

The seat on drivers side of the 03 cracked along the seams towards the door at about 15,000 miles, took it back and they changed it plus the steering wheel as it also was cracking and starting to peel. All under warrenty
This stuff is not a true leather as when it cracked and started to peel it was a pure white color under the gray top color.
