FE's are the 332-428's. The ones you are most likely to see in a pickup are the 352, 360 and 390. They are very distinctive and easy to tell apart from a motor of a different family. Mainly what gives them away is the dizzy sitting in the intake manifold, like where it drops in is part of the intake. Also, the intake is very wide because it is part of the head where the valve covers bolt to. The timing chain cover is also much different than any of the others, and Oh yeah, FE's are big
"are the worth more cash when selling?" Not necessarily, unless your truck is a 100% bone stock and the FE is original. Many would even argue that the FE is antiquated, hence the reason it was discontinued in '76. I personally like my 390 for a variety of reasons.
