Good Buddy Rust ??????
Hello Guys its been awhile since I have posted. We have some rust in the upper corner of our Cab 1965 f-100. the rust came from a hole in the center of the roof from a CB antenna. Water ran into the hole rusting out the Cab corner upper and the lip above the rear window. Would it be easier to try and fiberglass this from the inside or find a good cab roof and slice and dice it.Replace the whole roof that is.

Roof replacement is a HUGE job. I actually had a roof for mine and decided it was less time and easier to fix what I had. If you look how it is put together it is very complex, and a lot of the welds are hard to get to. It's actually easier to section it in the window frames. 
The body shop book gives a skilled pro something like 16 hrs to do a roof replacement...that is a LOT of time for a roof that size.
