Spotted 2 59 Mercs.
On my trip to North Battleford yesterday. Saw 59 Merc trucks parked by tyhe highway in Denholm. They looked like they were put there to sell both sitting facing the highway at the front of the property. They looked neat as I passed by, but they both looked rough. Hard to say with out getting out and looking at them. There was a business behind them I'm not sure if it was a gas station or a body shop. Driving at highway speed I only rubbernecked at the trucks and not too much at what was around them.
So if you want some mercs. of that era. There you go. I hope they would go affordable for someone.

I stopped and looked at those two trucks a few weeks ago, but was unsure what year they were. Thanks for ID'ing them gpw. From the two you could put together one quite easily. The box is shot on one, looks like a tractor hit it, both cabs were not bad, but one was in real decent shape. the front end and hood had been hit on one, but the other truck was great. The phone number is 445-2785. I did a drive through town and almost every house has a shop attached next to it and all kinds of projects and cars in the alleys and lawns. Was surprised the mercury emblems on both were in great shape and still there.
