where is the best place to buy heads for a 2001 5.4? i live in canada so hopefully there is someone here that sells them. thanks.

You might try a Mustang magazine. The PI heads are the same for the 4.6L and 5.4L so any that you find locally for a 99-04 2V Mustang will also work on your truck.
