prepump mod procedure
When doing just the prepump hose mod how much fuel flows out of the line when you disconnect the hose from the fuel pump? Can you change the hoses at the pump and the tank without draining the tank? Not doing the tank mod just yet so I will not be putting in a pre-filter just yet.

Not much fuel comes out of there. I wouldn't recommend doing just the pre-pump as you will have to lower the tank to disconnect the fuel line anyway. It can be done though with the appropriate jacks and fuel in the tank if you are determined. In the end you will end up lowering it all again to get rid of that goofy mixing chamber and rerouting that return line inside, which by the way, I've discovered an even simpler way to reroute.
