I would have the engine misfiring then clearing it self..ran codes got the 1316 code...i heard they have problems with the harness in side the valve cover (thanks to the fourm) so i looked there first and that was it...took about 6 hours but i cleaned my tubes and intake manifold, and replaced my intake hoses.
