Mirrors

I was wondering what you all prefered or thought about different mirrors. I got the stock 78 mirrors on my f250. I will use it for play and also some towing. I was thinking about maybe putting on a set of west coast mirrors. I think the west coast mirrors would look good on the truck with clearence mights on the cab, also the original mirrors has the bottom rivets broken so the rattle and make it hard to see out of.

Ford did put on a smaller set of west coast style mirrors on some of these vehicles,I have two sets of them.I have always liked the the look of them better than the later mirrors.

Same here, I am going to price a set on an older ford truck in a junk yard. I got parts there earlier for my 78 and they were cheap.

I kept the mirrors from my old '75 highboy. I believe it was a camper special option. They are now on my '76 highboy. I have the west coast brackets with the larger mirrors and the round convex mirrors below. They look great and are good for towing. The only downfall is that they will not fold in for trees if you are off-road.
