Does anyone know of a company that offers a power sliding rear window for a '69 ranger?

I've never heard of anything. It seems like you could manipulate some sun-roof mechanism to make your own, but it might look out of place.

check out the set up on a old ford wagon most
of the models have eletric rear windows on the hatch
mabe there a way to convert the motor and brakets?
