Ford part number translation guide?
HELLLLPPPP !!!!
Does anybody recall an article that showed how to translate Ford part numbers into common sense ? I recall seeing a guide that defined the way the part numbers were created. Maybe it was in Classic Truck magazine, but I JUST CAN'T REMEMBER !!!
Of all the things I have found and lost, I miss my mind the most...
Hopefully someone else saw it too, and kept the article.

Specifically ,which number are you talking about?
The part reference number?
The casting reference number?
The prefix numbers?
VIN # number de-coding?
