I know where there is one, but I'm sure he'll want you to take the whole truck.

You might also email Chuck Mantiglia at Chuck's Trucks. He has his own F-8 that he's redoing/redone, and may have a spare he'd part with. Stu

Yes, perhaps, as I believe this is a lincoln engine. I'm in northern MN, a long way to ship an engine, let alone a whole truck.

From last weeks Albuq Journal ads:
"1953 flathead 337 c.i., has Wood tranny, and many extra parts included. $750 OBO 505-242-3000"
Not sure if he sold it, but I kinda doubt it...

I assumed the Wood part was a PTO or something. Good luck! I may be able to look the stuff over for you this weekend, email me if you want me to. The phone number rings a bell, but I can't figure out who it is.

Except for the early 49 the Lincoln 337 used hydraulic lifters and matching cam. All trucks had solid lifters and a truck grind cam.
Those were Fords first whack at hydraulic lifters and they dont like much RPM plus NOS ones are mighty pricey.
Not positive but I think the water pumps are also different.
