Yeah, you can probably afford to buy yourself a candy bar, or something extravagant like that, with all the cash you'll have left over Rob!! I'm thinking about attaching a sail to the '06, so I won't have to fill it!

Wifey got gas in Council Bluffs for $2.86 (I think) the other day.

I am considering starting to brew my own Bio-D as it is getting too crazy with these prices. Bad thing is by the time I would get it setup it would be winter and it doesn't like the cold temps.

Honestly.... I have no idea. I will try and look when I leave for lunch. I don't even look because I know that my fat _ _ _ isn't going to walk so there is no use getting worked up about it.

You know, if I drove the '06 more, I would probably look into the bio-diesel. I really am not driving it all that much, since I drive my '97 to work everyday. I hear you about the prices C, we're going to buy it, regardless of the price, and that is what sucks since the oil companies know that also!

The price is widening guys. Gas in my town is still $2.95. Ill have to make a trip to Champman to get some cheap or cheaper gas anyway. Here labor day is just ten days away an gas is going down. Something stinks here.

Hmmmm ...What's up with the .50-.60 difference between gas and diesel??? If I'm going to get screwed by the oil company, they should at least take me out for dinner and a movie first!!

$2.70 in GI now. I'd love to be getting in on that $2.59 that CB is finding. I'm gonna fill up tomorrow or the next day. You just know they will have to jack it back up because of labor day.

Funny how us diesel guys are in the minority when diesel goes up. The bad part about diesel prices even if you dont a diesel vehicle you are affected by the prices off everything. Because everything is hauled by a truck. I remember one time when diesel was always cheaper then gas. But the oil companies dont need any excuse to raise or lower prices. They can do what they want an get away with it.I think it would be a good idea to fill up before labor day because a lot off gas will be bought around the weekend.

That's one thing about Iowa, there gas taxes are alot lower. I used to go over to Council Bluffs and fill up when I live in downtown Omaha. Gas was usually 5-10 cents cheaper.

I'm very happy to report $2.66. I did the weekly fill up for under $50. I was very happy about this, because I don't remember the last time I filled up for under $50.
