Hey, just wondering who has the most powerful truck on the site. So If youve done anything to your truck you could just list it and the HP and Torque that you make.
ex:
300hp/650 ft.ib. torque
-4in. turbo back exhaust
-yada yada yada
-just and example not what my truck has
Just 4" turbo back and an custom tuned SCT on my 6.0 liter. Never dynoed, but supposed to be around 400-420 rwhp and 720 ft/lbs. The mods are all new to me this week and it just completely transformed the truck. I don't think I could ever go back to stock with it now......it hauls the hay!!! :-)
300hp and 376 fp out of a v10-05 3valve motor, what i would love to have is one of johnny lightings rigs a f150 doing 9.52 at 142 as a personal street rig. that would most likely make any hemi owner go limp.

Those numbers sound believable at the fly wheel but not for rear wheel calculations. The truck puts out 325HP/570TQ stock at the fly wheel and then you have to take into account the loss due to the drivetrain. so you may be around the stock numbers at the rear wheel right now but I doubt you are at your "supposed" numbers.
This is not meant to be a personal attack, so please don't take it as that.
g lube has a very hard factfull post there and useing my own as a example only because i have the numbers. ford advertises mine at 362 hp and 457 foot pounds. on the rollers dead stock mine put down 265.8 and 346.3 foot pounds thats a lot of loose in the drive train.
to get to 300.2 and 376.1 it took gear swaps, trans mods, and a lot of dyno time and a sct dealer program like 5k into a gas motor and get only 34.2 and 110.7 fp. more.racing takes big big bucks to get big numbers,

JL's truck is NOT a street truck...
That truck is a total race truck...It is chopped and custom front suspension and back-halfed!
Most of the hotter street Lightnings are running mid to high 10's...but that is in race trim..
I'm not sure who has the record for the fastest Lightning in street trim...but I have been 11.30's on DOT tires..
10.80's on slicks no NOS
My truck is all stock suspension and full weight, actually weight added with the rollbar, fiberglass cowl hood and Expy console mod...
i am well aware of what john has infact one of his auto tranies is in my buddys shop right now to be built up.
i only wish i could afford one of his for sale street rides is what i meant.
with one of them the hemi guys would surely loose face real fast.
infact john has both the fastest full race lightening and hd 150's

My point was the John's street trucks are nowhere near 9's..
And BTW John is not the fastest full race L...There are several Lightnings in the 7's and 8's...
I think you meant fastest Gen II Full race Lightning...of which there is only one anyway...
I know Johnny aswell, and think highly of him...but lets get the facts straight!!
i hear you. i mean the two the nmra ones . not nhra .the one i would love to own was the 700hp deep blue custom one.
levelten has a few of john trannies at the shop right now and he is in and out a lot. he's one one heck of a great guy .

Gary
6.0's with intake/exhaust/custom SCT tunes do put down 400rwhp
i think we all get tired of that . right now i keep my son in laws nova together. and he has the same problems even with the big 4 link in the back . tire spin i keep saying dump the big block and go small block. no way, you know what i mean big head and 502 cubes
those of us down in the v10 area have 3 guys with hunked on blown v10's saying the same about their super dutys. to much wheel spin. had to add traction bars .
you can build the power but getting the hookup is where it's at. why waste time spinning when you could be down the track that's where it's all at.
